| This is one of several I received while standing watch as an Activities Duty Officer in Staten Island New York. These came from a great BBQ place owned by a man named Ed Malicki.
BBQ Sauce
3 Cups Ketchup
2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Veg. Oil
6 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
4 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
Cook over Medium Heat for 15 Mins.
